By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Unsuspend Me provides a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Analysis and diagnosis of Google Business Profile suspensions
- Preparation and submission of professional reinstatement appeals
- Documentation review and compliance assessment
- Direct communication with Google support on your behalf
- Google Business Profile optimisation and management
- Local SEO consultation and implementation
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of reinstated profiles
- Educational resources and prevention strategies
2. Client Acknowledgments
The client must acknowledge the following with respect to Google Business Profile reinstatement services:
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential and proprietary to Unsuspend Me.
- Unsuspend Me has no influence over Google’s policies, review processes, or decision-making criteria regarding business profiles. Google reserves the right to suspend or reject profiles at its sole discretion.
Payment Terms: For our Google Business Profile reinstatement services, fees are charged only upon successful reinstatement. For consulting services, including Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, fees are charged regardless of the outcome.
Service Guarantees: We commit to providing professional expertise and strategic appeal submissions. However, we cannot ensure Google will approve any reinstatement request, as final decisions are made by Google’s review teams.
- Unsuspend Me is not responsible for any subsequent suspensions or Google policy changes after a reinstatement.
- Should a reinstated profile be re-suspended within 30 days due to the same issue, not caused by new violations or client changes, we will provide one free additional reinstatement attempt.
- No refunds are offered for consulting services, as they reflect time spent on professional advice and strategic guidance.
- Unsuspend Me is not liable for damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of its services. The client assumes all risks associated with using our services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information and suspension circumstances
- Grant necessary access to their Google Business Profile for assessment and appeals
- Submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Avoid making changes to their profile during the reinstatement process without prior consultation
- Adhere to post-reinstatement guidelines to prevent future suspensions
- Comply with Google’s Business Profile policies and guidelines
4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Unsuspend Me maintains confidentiality and discretion for all clients. While we don’t sign individual NDAs, this can be arranged upon request.
- We will not use any confidential information disclosed by the client for purposes other than providing agreed services without prior client approval.
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties, except for employees and professional advisers who need to know to provide our services.
5. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
Unsuspend Me reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for:
- Businesses in illegal industries or activities
- Profiles violating Google’s eligibility criteria
- Businesses with fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Clients providing false or misleading information
- Businesses that could harm our reputation or relationship with Google
Prohibited business types include:
- Illegal products, services, or activities
- Adult entertainment or explicit content
- Gambling or casino operations (where prohibited by law)
- Hate speech or discriminatory practices
- Fraudulent business practices

6. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, processes, templates, and proprietary techniques used in our services remain the intellectual property of Unsuspend Me. Clients receive a license to use provided materials solely for their business purposes and may not redistribute or resell them.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unsuspend Me’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms or our services should be resolved through:

- Mediation if direct communication fails
- Arbitration under U.S. law if mediation is unsuccessful
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued service use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
